An Authentic Culinary Learning Experience
Taste Italy combines classroom learning with authentic culinary experiences around Rome.
During five days, participants explore Italian regional cuisine, traditional markets, fresh pasta, wine, coffee, artisan gelato and some of Italy's most iconic food products.
Each experience outside the classroom is introduced and contextualised during the training sessions at Accademia Studioitalia, turning Rome into an extension of the classroom.
Small groups with a maximum of 14 participants ensure a more personal and engaging experience throughout the week.
