An Authentic Culinary Learning Experience

Taste Italy combines classroom learning with authentic culinary experiences around Rome.

During five days, participants explore Italian regional cuisine, traditional markets, fresh pasta, wine, coffee, artisan gelato and some of Italy's most iconic food products.

Each experience outside the classroom is introduced and contextualised during the training sessions at Accademia Studioitalia, turning Rome into an extension of the classroom.

Small groups with a maximum of 14 participants ensure a more personal and engaging experience throughout the week.

ITALIAN FOOD CULTURE & MERCATO TRIONFALE

Guided visit to one of Rome's largest traditional food markets. The experience concludes with an informal lunch inside Mercato Trionfale featuring Italian regional specialities.

PASTA & ROMAN CUISINE

Italian coffee experience in a traditional Roman coffee venue, including tasting and an introduction to espresso preparation. Followed by a visit to an artisan gelateria with gelato tasting.
