Managing director
Dr. Pina Foti, an expert in foreign languages and literature, specializes in modern philology and language teaching. She is the managing director of ILS University and International Language School, holding positions of President at Italian in Italy and Studioitalia. Focused on linguistic education, she trained teachers in Italy and abroad and initiated European projects on competency certification and youth mobility in Europe. she's involved in the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies' Equal Opportunities Committee and serves as a council member for FCEM (association uniting women business owners).
Massimo Plaja
Director
Massimo Plaja, born in Rome on 03/02/83, graduated in Literature and Philosophy from the University of Rome 3. He is a specialist in teaching Italian to foreigners. He began his career at the International Language School in Rome, where he manages Italian courses for international students, providing linguistic and logistical assistance throughout their stay. He is an experienced coordinator in organizing courses and workshops for the DITALS certification and preparation for the CILS exam at the University of Siena. Massimo promotes knowledge of Italian culture through thematic and cultural-tourist activities for foreign students.
Alessandro Mariotti

Alessandro's journey began during his psychology and education studies in Rome. Since 2007, he's been an integral part of Accademia Studio Italia, where he excels in a super communicative teaching style. Alessandro's expertise in creating educational materials and using technology for language learning has led him to deliver conferences internationally. Beyond work, he's a devoted AS Roma fan and enjoys watching TV series, playing video games, and spending time with his daughter.
